A Berry Delightful Wedding: Blushing Pinks and Rich Reds

The Brief

A luscious mixture of berry and bright tones combining rich reds and soft pinks to create a chic and energetic wedding style. This stunning shoot, designed and styled by London Wedding Planner – My Wedding Fixer is a berry-tale brought to life.

Through the lens of two wonderful photographers – Lucy Mohr Photography and Nicola Dawson Photography the shoot is bursting with gorgeous inspiration for a berry-delightful wedding.

The Details – How do you plan an elegant Red and Pinks Wedding Theme?

Venue

A vibrant wedding day in the heart of the Kent countryside within the grounds of Bradbourne House. The Great Hall with its striking teal and gold walls was the focal point for this themed celebration.

Stationery

Lynda Loves provided a complete stationery suite: invitations, RSVPs, envelopes, menus, and name cards. Each piece featured hand-finished wax seals, silk ribbons, and calligraphy, all in a clean, minimal style with classic typography. The colour palette combined shell pink, scarlet red, and green hues.

Cake

The 2 tier strawberry and cream cake designed by Cherry Tree Cakerie was a contrast of delicacy and texture. The creation combined stone and crackle effects with delicate sugar rose petals, which peel away delicately from the bottom tier. Also cascading from the top tier, an arrangement of fresh florals, berries, and foliage in the palest of pinks and amethyst brought an overall feel of light and elegance.

Hair

For the hair Kirsten Hair and Make up, kept the Bride’s hair naturally curly to deliver an elegant low bun that would complement the gracefulness of the bridal dress.    

Make up

Sharon Owens Bridal Makeup led the makeup looks, with support from Stacy B Makeup Artist. They created a classic soft pink smoky eye with a flirty pink sparkle on the lid. To complete the look, they applied pink blush and a pink shimmer highlighter, finishing with baby pink lips. This perfectly harmonised with the bride’s skin tone for a fresh and romantic style.

Flowers

Lilac and Lace Floral Design brought together the very best of Spring flowers with year-round favourites to give a sumptuous display of chic and elegant florals. Stunning Ranunculus, Viburnum, and gorgeously scented Garden Roses filled the bouquets, alongside Quicksand and Black Baccara Roses.

The wonderful table arrangements were brimming with Eucalyptus Foliage, an array of stunning pink flowers and a few darker shades, including the sensational Rosanne Lisianthus.  Silk and Purl ribbons adorned the bouquets with perfectly handmade ribbons in vintage pink and velvet pink.

The Fashion

Chad and Yasmin, our picture-perfect couple, exuded real chemistry and embraced their “berry in love” story with grace and romance.

Lapel Mens Hire outfitted the Groom in a classic 3-piece grey tailcoat with a contemporary twist: pink accessories.

Pantiles Bride provided the Bride with a unique A-line dress, a delicate blend of floral embroidery and ethereal long sleeves.

Sherisse and Crystal, stunning bridesmaids in classic and chic looks by Matchimony, stole the show with their champagne-colored cowl neck dresses and dramatic train details.

Sarah Gauci’s charming ballerina pink jewelry collections for the Bride and Bridesmaids added the perfect touch of elegance.

The Tablescape

The tablecloth and matching napkins were beautifully draped over the table in a Beetroot colour from the Urbane collection supplied by Just 4 Linen. The table linen no doubt a trendsetter for a touch of pop and colour to any wedding table.

For the crockery and glassware Duchess and Butler provided some striking and distinctive ornamental pieces. The Etoile Pink and Gold Charger Plates were paired perfectly with the Baroque Dinnerware Collection to create a statement table fit for the style savvy couple.

Beyond the dinner table laid a sumptuous grazing table by  Plentifull with a sumptuous 1 meter graze for a feast of charcuterie, artisan cheese, veggies, dried and fresh fruits, crackers and breads.
